WELCOME

We trust that you are satisfied with the products ordered through our website (the "Website"). However, if you are dissatisfied with any of the products ordered through the Website (the "Products") or change your mind, you may return them and receive the corresponding refund.

This Returns Policy (the "Returns Policy") informs you when and how you can return a Product if you change your mind or if there is any issue related to the Product, and what actions we can take in response.

The Returns Policy forms part of the General Terms and Conditions, and the defined terms in the Terms shall have the same meaning in this policy. Please read this Returns Policy carefully in addition to the General Terms and Conditions before placing an order for a Product.

2. LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

2.1 You may change your mind and cancel the contract concluded with us for any reason, provided that you do so after placing the order on our Website and no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you or another person designated by you (other than the carrier) received the Products.

2.2 If the order includes multiple Products delivered separately, or if the order is split into multiple shipments, you may change your mind at any time, no later than 14 calendar days from the day you received the last Product or last shipment of the order.

You are not required to provide a reason for the return, as long as you express your desire to do so within the deadlines indicated in clauses 2.1 or 2.2.

Please see clause 4 below, titled "How to Return an Order," for information on returning orders.

You may not change your mind and return Products that:

a) have been manufactured according to specifications, instructions, or designs requested by you, or that have been personalized by you;

b) have been delivered sealed and, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned if the seal has been removed after receipt;

c) have been irreversibly mixed with other items after delivery;

d) were purchased in connection with your business or professional activity (i.e., not purchased as a consumer or user, as defined under Spanish law);

e) are perishable or likely to expire quickly.

3. ADDITIONAL RETURNS POLICY

Once the 14-calendar-day withdrawal period has passed, as part of Legends’ commercial policy, you have the right to return the order without providing a reason, provided that you express your desire to do so within 31 calendar days from the day the last Product or last shipment of the order was delivered.

The additional right of return is also subject to the rest of the Returns Policy, particularly as established in clause 6.1(c).

4. HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

If you wish to return an order, please let us know by:

a) completing the return form included at the end of this Returns Policy and sending it by email to the address indicated in the "Contact Us" section of the Terms;

b) completing the online return form included in the Shipping & Returns section or via the link provided in the confirmation email;

c) contacting us via the email address or telephone number listed in the "Contact Us" section (paragraph 3) of the Terms to inform us of your wish to return the order.

For the purposes of Article 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the costs of the return must be borne by you. You may follow the return procedure you choose or the one we provide for your convenience.

When exercising your rights under clauses 2 or 3 above, you must indicate whether you prefer to use the delivery method proposed by us or handle it yourself.

If you choose the method we provide, we will supply a prepaid shipping label (see clause 5.3), the cost of which will be deducted from your refund (see clauses 5.3(b) and (c) and clause 6.1).

In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, returns cannot be accepted for purchases made from the following countries:

North Korea
Cuba
Iran
Niue
Republic of Nauru
São Tomé and Príncipe
Somalia
Sudan
South Sudan

5. HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS

5.1 If you exercise your right of withdrawal or return, or any other right to which you are entitled by law or under the Terms, you must return the Products without undue delay and, in any case, within 31 calendar days from the day you notified us of your intention to return them. To process your request, it is not necessary that we have received the returned Products within this 31-day period, provided you have sent them before it ends.

5.2 To return a Product: please use the original carrier’s package, box, or envelope. If you no longer have the original, you must use a secure package or box that protects the returned Products in the same way as the original. We also recommend using packaging that does not incur additional shipping costs, especially if we have provided you with a prepaid shipping label. 5.3 We will provide a prepaid shipping label if:
a) the Products are defective, do not match their description, or are unfit for their intended purpose and we cannot repair or replace them within a reasonable period;
b) you exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with clause 2 above. In this case, the prepaid shipping cost will be deducted from the amounts we refund you under clause 6;
c) you exercise your additional right of return in accordance with clause 3 above. In this case, the prepaid shipping cost will be deducted from the amounts we refund you under clause 6;
d) you have been informed of an upcoming change in the Product or the Terms.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of Products purchased on our Website in physical stores, events, or sales points operated by us. If, instead, you prefer to manage the return yourself, send the Product in its original packaging—or, if not available, in secure packaging that protects the Products—to the following address:

6. REFUNDS

6.1

a) In cases where the Products are returned because they are defective or because we have informed you of a change to them, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid, as well as the original delivery costs (corresponding to the standard shipping method or the least expensive option offered) and any return costs incurred (if you did not use our prepaid shipping label).

b) If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the legal period established in clause 2, you are entitled to a refund of the price paid for the Products, as well as the original delivery costs (corresponding to the standard shipping method or the least expensive option offered). The cost of return shipping will be deducted if you have chosen the method we provided (prepaid label). Additionally, if returning from outside the European Union generates customs duties or taxes legally borne by the consumer and directly attributable to the return, these may be deducted, with prior clear and justified notification.

c) If you exercise the additional right of return after the legal withdrawal period, as established in clause 3 above, you are entitled to a refund of the price paid, less the sum of (i) shipping costs incurred for delivery of the Product; (ii) the prepaid shipping cost if you used the method we provided; and (iii) any customs duties or taxes that may arise as a result of the return.

6.2 If you have opted to return the Products using any of the offered methods, we will refund the applicable amount within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw or make an additional return under clauses 2 or 3 above.

6.3 If, on the other hand, you preferred to send the Product without using any of the offered methods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.

6.4 We will not issue a refund if the returned Product does not match the one you ordered or if the Product was not ordered through our Website. In such cases, the Product will be returned to you, and the corresponding delivery costs may be charged.

6.5 If you exercise your right to return the Product after it has been delivered, you will be responsible for any reduction in the value of the Products resulting from unreasonable or improper use. We will consider any handling of the Products beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning (as would normally be done in a store) as unreasonable use. We may apply a deduction for such loss of value to the refund you are entitled to.

6.6 If you selected an expedited delivery method when placing the order, we will not refund the difference between our standard delivery rates and the additional amount paid for expedited delivery when we have agreed to cover the return shipping using a prepaid label.

6.7 We will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the order, unless we have expressly agreed with you to use a different method. No fees will be charged in connection with the refund.

6.8 Size exchanges are not allowed. If you wish for a different size than the one received, you may exercise your right of withdrawal or additional return within 31 calendar days of receiving the Product, return it, and make a new purchase in the desired size.

Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, and in the original product packaging. Returns of personalized or made-to-order products will not be accepted.
